We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If there is a problem with the quality of your order, contact us within 28 days of receiving your order to describe the problem and reach agreement on any return, credit, or additional changes. Please note, no goods will be accepted for return without prior authorization.

Please save the original packaging and product as you may be required to ship it back to us for your credit or refund. Please pack your item for return mailing carefully if you wish it to arrive in saleable condition, as items can break with impact.
Please include the following with your return:
• Dated sales receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase
• Reason for return
• Name, Address and Phone Number
All returns which we do not immediately determine to be a mispack by our staff or defect/quality related are the client's responsibility to ship back to us. Because we are an independent business with limited resources, we cannot bear the cost of shipping returns for you. We hope our clients understand this necessity and shop mindfully.
Let us know if you would like a replacement of the same product or if you would like the credit amount applied to the purchase of another item and we will be happy to process that order once we receive your return.
If you prefer a credit card refund, a dated sales receipt, invoice or other proof of purchase is required. Please provide Credit Card number, expiration date and security code, or we are happy to call you when we receive your return to collect that information. If you are unable to provide a dated proof of purchase, we are happy to offer a credit towards the purchase of a replacement product.

For purchases of Nu-Bloom brand products made on Amazon - the only authorised retailer of Nu-Bloom products - the return policy of Amazon will apply. Please refer to the Amazon retail site where you made your purchase to determine options. We apologize, but we are unable to provide refunds, credits, or exchanges directly when products are purchased through Amazon.
